watchmen of Israel

WATCHMEN OF ISRAEL: We’re not Jews, but we watch Israel and world events tied to this little country. Why? Because the attention of the world will soon be directed to Israel. Israel will soon be the focus and vortex of the nations. In fact, Jerusalem will soon become the seat of world government. Sounds outrageous? Maybe not.

You will see in the articles we present that what is happening to Israel today correlates well with the prophecies written in both the Old and New Testaments of the Bible. Observation of events concerning Israel confirms the truth of these writings. The uncanny and continued fulfillment of such prophecies suggests there is a transcendent intelligence bringing them to realization. It seems that “someone” led Hebrew men to write prophecies about world calamities (such as wars, famines, terrorism and natural catastrophes) followed by a peaceful, Utopian, Eden-like world. That “someone” prodded the prophet Isaiah to write:

Truly I have spoken; truly I will bring it to pass. I have planned it, surely I will do it (Isaiah 46.11)

That “someone” we call God – the God of Israel.

Like the blowing of the shofar by Israel’s ancient watchmen, this site is a watchman for the world. By watching events concerning Israel we can warn of God’s impending intervention in the world. God says:

I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem … You who make mention of the LORD, do not keep silent … till He makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth (Isa 62:6-7)

HOPE IN A DARK WORLD: So who are we? We are watchmen of Israel and present the facts about Israel, past, present and future. Given the facts, its up to the reader to decide where the truth lies. Faith and convictions are a personal matter. But by looking at what God is doing in Israel today we can have hope in a dark, chaotic and unstable world. God said to the people of Israel “you are My witnesses”. He chose Israel to be His servant and witness in the world. So watching Israel and prophecy coming to pass gives hope that what the Bible says is true. Dare to believe the scriptures and the rest of inspired scripture. Of course, you don’t have to. But if you do, there are so many wonderful promises attached to trusting what the Bible says. So if you are searching for an understanding of our times and our future, or if you need hope in these troubled times, then please read our articles!
